June 28, 200619 yr Hi,now that i have my dual monitor set up. I'm wondering if it possible to span my vc on 2 monitors like the Matrox Triple head 2 go. I've tried searching the forums and i came across a post that says it not possible. Then how does matrox do it? I know they edit your cfg file. I've also seen some home cockpits that do that. so i think its possible.
June 28, 200619 yr Moderator You simply have to edit the panel.cfg to expand the FS window(s) to overlap the second monitor. Be aware though, that can also cause serious frame rate loss, since it would be using one hardware accelerated port and one software accelerated port. The Matrox Triplehead2Go solution doesn't affect frame rates as much, since it is simply stretching one video card's hardare accelerated output to span 3 monitors.
