Fly The Maddog X: Nothing Works?

Hello everyone, I recently purchased fly the maddog x for p3d v4.  However, after installing the addon and loading it in to p3d nothing in the plane functions.  The whole entire cockpit is dark and null, and none of the switches work at all.  I've reinstalled it several times and to no avail the same issues persist.  If anyone has some solution to this problem please let me know, thank you.
