Is Chase Plane resetting P3Dv3 to Default?

Each time CP has reported the need to modify some files then ALL the defaults are back. I then must "fix" Traffic %, ATC window, Crash detection, Pause on task, etc.  None of these need to be reset by any program. If it IS CP, then how can I prevent it?

I don't see how this could be possible... ChasePlane does not modify the prepar3d.cfg file
