FSX chase not working

Hi:

 

Today Chase plane is not working on my FSX Sim. It means key commands not responding, but the chase menu is working properly. At the same time, FSUIPC does not show up form the add-on bar menu. I don't know if those issues are related. I asked on FSUIPC forum and they send me to here. Any help?

Have you tried the first item on our support page (https://fsfxpackages.com/en/support/products/ChasePlane/) "ChasePlane and other SimConnect applications no longer interact with the sim"?
