I cant exit or locate links

I have lost access to the bar along the top of the monitor that enables me to close Xplane 11 properly or access the other functions such as flight configuration or exit. The menu icons do not show but frame rate panel still appears.  I have to close down by using crl+alt+delete and open up by clicking on the application link in the folder. The short cut does not show up on the windows 10 desktop. Help would be much appreciated.

You could try deleting your preferences file and restarting.

.\<X-Plane Install Folder>\Output\preferences

delete X-Plane.prf & X-Plane Screen Res.prf

Restarting X-Plane will build new prf files  but make a BACKUP of these files first 😉
