I wrote a very detailed set of flights of the CBI airlift back in 2008 for DC3 Airways.  All known actual routes were included at the time.  Alex Nicholson's scenery added all the necessary runways and radio beacons for navigation purposes.  The charter can be found on the Dc3airways.net website.  The charter number is 1066-11.  Links to the necessary scenery, approach charts, etc. are provided in the documentation.
