When I request a new password for the forum I get

"Your password reset request was successful.
We have sent you an email with further instructions to recover your account.
Check your email within the next few minutes including any junk or spam folders."

But thr email never arrives (junk or spam folders checked)

No, it's OK now.
Actually my original password is accepted now.
