July 11, 200619 yr Shift + z cycles you through various options, including FPS. Be well!Jaap Verduijn.
July 11, 200619 yr Oh Man or man are you going to regret it.Now instead of enjoying flying you are going to become obsessed with your fps. What follows are endless hours tweaking, editing the config, hardware upgrades and spending more time moving sliders and graphics settings than you will flying.Im convinced the fps readout is evil.
July 12, 200619 yr But don't forget, even pressing Shift-Z will have an affect on your FPS. Try doing it in pause.Cheers, \Robert Hamlich/
July 12, 200619 yr >But don't forget, even pressing Shift-Z will have an affect>on your FPS. Try doing it in pause.>>Cheers,The reason your FPS goes up during pause is because your hardware is not having to render a moving picture. Pause gives your system time to "catch up", thus increasing the FPS.
