I attempted to sign up to Vatsim recently, I entered all the correct details that were needed, I got an e-mail to verify my e-mail address, upon clicking the link, a new webpage opens with a message saying "ID VERIFICATION FAILURE"

I did file a support ticket, was meant to of received a support ticket number but wasn't given one, so I'm unable to track what is happening, has anyone else had this issue before? Wondering if theres anything else I can do to get this issue sorted. Was looking forward to joining the community.
