June 25, 20187 yr hey guys im trying to add new scerney to fsx steam but the problem im haveing is when i installed fsx the addon scerney folder is not showing up please i valedated the flies and they still dont show and also will fs 2004 scereny work with fsx please help thanks from triple777
June 25, 20187 yr Administrators I don't have FSX-SE and I think you may have to create the Addon Scenery folder. Once again, I'm not sure of that. I'll do some research. Some FS2004 scenery will work in FSX. June 26, 20187 yr Author ok so i installed the scerney it was the flight ontario cyhm hamilton and the photo terrain and i launched it in fsx and it crashes pls help
June 26, 20187 yr Administrators OK, so this is the FS2004 scenery you were talking about? Like I said, some scenery works and others don't. Were you trying to start a flight at CYHM and that's when the crash occurred or was it flying into CYHM and you hit an invisible wall? I'll give it a try. UPDATE: I tried it....It caused FSX to dissipate and die faster than flatulence in a windstorm! A definite No-Go.
