Why not try Shared Cockpit?  Presently you'll have to use the Majestic Dash 8 Q400 Pro or the TFDi Design B717, but other Shared Cockpit airliners are in the works.  We have Shared Cockpit forum here on AVSIM, and I've pinned a list of present and future Shared Cockpit capable aircraft for FSX/P3DV3 and P3DV4.  Not all the future aircraft can be listed right now due to NDAs and private assurances to developers...
