July 1, 20187 yr Commercial Member Hi, I am using Windows 10. I decided to make a clean Preap3Dv4.3 installtion on my PC. After the installation of P3Dv4.3 I installed the NGX, 747QOTS and 777. But, I am not able to get the latest versions of these 3 PMDG airliners? Anyone have an idea hy I am not able to get the latest versions? You need to connect to your account download the latest installer for that products, uninstall the ones you have installed and install as admin using the new installers. July 28, 20187 yr I have the same problem. I have downloaded the latest installationfiles for 737, 777 and 747. I have installed the p3d v4.3. Earlier I was able to update 777 and 737, but as 747 would not update I uninstalled all planes. Now non of them will update. I have deactivated firewall and AV. Do anyone have a solution for my problem? Paal Stette
