I just had to do a full reinstall of my pc (don't ask...)

SO, trying a short hop from lowi to loww..but whenever I use my 1 to 9 keys, or move the camera via middle mouse button, it stutters and chops.

it isn't th framerate, but something else.

Any tips?

Found it, gogoled big time,. but apparently wrong, forgot to add "when in focus"in the searchbar, and bam:
