I downloaded the current update for my GTN 750 today and went through the validation process to begin the update. It said everything was confirmed but deleted all files from my RealtyXP folder except for the Proof_of_Purchase.htm file then stopped. When checking my backups I realized that I only have a backup of the key file for my other copy of the program. Please let me know the correct procedures to rectify this.

I revisited the Company website and found a way to request a copy of my key file. If someone from the company ever reads this, I feel the links to tech support could be a bit more prominent. I know you want people to access the forum here to avoid clogging your other pages but everywhere I turned pointed here first. I am sure that having just returned from the Emergency Room and being on pain meds and muscle relaxers didn't help either but still today I had to search for it. Also F1 sent me running around instead of giving me the link to request the key which was on their website (where you sent me).

I love the product and own two copies of the 750 and one copy of the 650, just wish the website was easier to navigate.

The website is long overdue but we are putting 200% our efforts right now on developing the next product, the G500/600 simulation, along with a few others, unannounced yet.
