I cannot get it to open I have fsuipc4 and Net Framework 4 installed. Also I have 8dll's, a 1.4 eng., a DB3, plus the Sim Acars in my files.

 

Try right-clicking on the .exe file and click "Troubleshoot compatibility". It should open. The problem is I need to keep doing that for certain programs (example ImagineSim and Flightbeam managers).
