NZAA sim freeze

Hi, I've started to get this sim freeze and CTD with no information in event viewer, it just started randomly, I can load up the plane, doesn't matter which one, Qw787, PMDG777 etc, at New Zealands NZAA and everything is fine until I choose an outdoor view or, any mouse click or joystick button click will freeze the sim for a few seconds and then a sim freeze and ctd, it doesn't happen anywhere else in the sim just NZAA, I've rebuilt the scenery.cfg file to see if that helped but no, this is with P3DV4.3, Orbx Global, Orbx New Zealand North and South regions, frustrated, would anyone have any clues?
