How to raise and lower pilot chair on Boeing PMDG 747-400 using Prepar 3d ver 4.3 ?

AFAIK you can't raise the chair itself, but you can raise your view, and that depends on your keyboard assignments, or if you use EZCA/Chaseplane on what you have set in there.
