I'm trying to determine if the NA add-on for Xplane11 generates a noticeable amount of scenery over the basic Xplane 11 scenery.  Thanks

If your are talking about the North America "DLC" for the Steam version...

...it's just the standard scenery of X-Plane for the NA continent. Nothing more, nothing less.

An alternative would be to use HD mesh v4 or Ortho4XP scenery (self made or Forkboy,  goes along with a much larger file size)
