I just recently purchased the GTN 750 like literally a few mins ago. I'm now trying to install it for my Xplane 11 but the installer information tells me to install for Prepar3d or FSX. I don't know where else to go for customer support. I hope someone see's this and can help me please.

this just means you've purchased the FltSim version instead of the X-Plane version. This would have been displayed both on the website where you've clicked the 'download' button and the e-commerce installer infos displayed prior purchase.

I'd suggest you process a refund request and purchase the correct one instead!

Thanks for the reply! I must've been so excited to buy this product that I wasn't paying attention to distinguish between the two. I have taken your advice and emailed a request to fix my problem. I couldn't find any customer support phone number but hopefully the email will work. This is quite a drag and totally my fault for not basically reading before buying I guess, smh.
