Prepar3D V4 Addon Organizer 1.38 released

Hello @ll,

the P4AO version 1.38 is available for download now.

This version has received many small updates and bugfixes, but there are two "big" new (optional) features too:

• Strict package law: if you are using other scenery management tools at the same time, you can direct P4AO to adhere to the strict package activation law. This means that it will no longer be possible to activate/deactivate individual components of an add-on package, because this function is unique to P4AO. Instead, the whole package must be activated or deactivated
•  Strict layer order: there seem to be scenery products out there that are in trouble if external, add-on.xml based scenery elements are inserted into the numerical range of the scenery.cfg layers. While this is possible and allowed in the specification, there have been "doubts" if this can work correctly in all cases. Should you run into problems with a product like that, you can activate the "strict layer order" in P4AO. This will make sure that add-on.xml based scenery doesn't have a layer inside the scenery.cfg, and it will move "offending" scenery elements into the scenery.cfg if you request it. DON'T USE THIS UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO.

Other than that, you can now create scenery.cfg entries too, on the same dialog where you create add-on.xml files, the app will clear the scenery index automatically if so desired, the "Remove Duplicates" feature has been expanded to include all of the scenery library and the scenery list has an additional state now that will show you that a scenery is inactive because the add-on package where it is referenced has been disabled.
