Many of the XPL GTN 750 "black screen" topics include requests for .log file information.  I find two log files in the documents folder but they don't seem to contain any information.

Am I finding the correct log files that can help diagnose what's going on with the GTN 750?

I'm new to RXP products and am trying to get this product up and running.

Hi, the log shows the core GTN simulation module (the first one above) and the plugin module (the last one) are not the same versions. They should be the same.

Please note it might work in some cases even though the versions differ, but not as much as the difference in version number you have.

I'd suggest you delete the rxpGTN plugin folder from your XP11\Resources\Plugin, then reinstall the RXP GTN software.

I followed your suggestion to delete the GTN plugin folder and then reinstall the 750 GTN . Now both of the .dll file versions are  2.5.3.0. 

I then decided to uninstall 750 GTN trainer 6.4.1 and do a fresh reinstall of RXP GTN 750.  The current installer gives no option but to allow it to upgrade the trainer  6.50.  The installed version 6.50 trainer works fine but the RXP GTN 750.screen is dark. 

Does your plugin require 6.4.1 to operate?  If so, how can I find a copy of a 6.4.1 installer that won't insist on upgrading to 6.50?
