Hello,

I updated my PMDG 777 to the latest build however right after the update when I load the aircraft it will load in the cold/dark cockpit and freeze, I can not click or move any switch, the aircraft is completely dead, I'm running P3D V4.3. When I reloaded the older  version of my PMDG 777 the aircraft works fine it just stops responding once I update to the newer version. 

Any Idea of what might be wrong, has it happened to anybody else? all of my simm's add-ons are up to date  and I never had any issue with PMDG before. Let me know please if you might have the same issue.

Please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

 

Most probably you are having old simconnect version installed despite using P3Dv4.3, Please open a ticket through the support portal (support.previsionmanuals.com) and will check further.
