Hello Guys,

Bought RXP GTN 750 and cant load anymore XP, only works with RXP gtn 750 unistalled 😞

I did a complete uninstall of F1 GTN 750/650 from my P3Dv4

 

any tips? i wish to dont call refund, but isnt works for me, i read severals topics and no candies for me 😞

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (see User's Manual for file/path).

I found a problem, a conflict with F1 GTN750 and garmin´s DB was an issue... but no more 🙂

I´ll try to find a way to cohexist both, one in XP, other into P3D. Anyway, for me, only download 2nd option on installer was the way to fix that (2.3.0.0 Garmin´s Trainer does not works for me)

Unfortunatelly when i rebooted my PC the problem remains :(  According manual, i send a log avaliable.

 

I did a complete uninstall on Garmin, clean Up with REVO all msregistry and will try again. Guess could be some dirt registry on old Garmin version. Still testing, anyway, below, logfile attached

thank you for the additional details.

Please note the 'ERROR' shown in the log file is not an error. It is just meant for technical support and shouldn't display, although in this case, it helps us a lot nonetheless.

The data in the log file shows either you are not using the latest GTN Trainer v6.50, or our plugin fails to find it on your hard drive. I'd suggest you try the latest version we've released yesterday, RXP GTN v2.5.5, as it enhances detecting and managing the latest trainer furthermore.

Also, because v2.5.4 you are using was meant for GTN Trainer v6.50 compatibility only, the latest v2.5.5 has been further validated against older trainers v6.21 and v6.41 (regression tests).

We'll silently re-release our installers today to remove the 'ERROR' log entries though, and replace these with additional diagnostic that may help.

v2.5.6 is now released and it specifically addresses some edge-cases. You might want to try the latest update and tell us how it goes this time?
