I am trying to raise a Ticket for PMDG Technical Support and I have lost my user name and Password.

There is no facility on the LOGIN for this problem.

When I try to re-register it says my email is already in use and will not let me go further.

Please advise how I can LOGIN?

For now the best action is to open a new support account under a different email. We are aware of the no remind i the support page and will be looked after the -8 release

Can you suggest when the 8 release will be available, I want to order new downloads and re-install the 737 NGX which worked perfectly on P3D V4.1 until I clicked the update now it does not work.   I really need my current email to be connected to the PMDG account,

If you will check a few of the entries in this forum you will find that PMDG will announce the release of the 747-8 when it is released and not provide a target or release date before then. Perhaps if you create a new email for a support account, the folks at PMDG can help you with your issue now.
