August 21, 200619 yr http://www.flightsimonline.com/Dash74/Seems there was discussion here only about a month ago that the project was just about ready for release. I haven't seen this poster here before, appologies if I missed it.Man I was waiting a long time for this, very dissappointed.
August 21, 200619 yr Very sad to hear this. I was near the front of the queue for this one! Still, I respect Milton's position. It's freeware and he has a life to lead. Thanks Milton and team for all the contributions you've made!!
August 21, 200619 yr Hi,I really enjoyed the team's airplanes over the two years I've been simming and I shall take this opportunity to thank them all for their wonderful creations and wish Milton well. Retirement? If what you've achieved has been while at work, just think what you could be doing now!! Only kidding. Thanks again.Andy
August 21, 200619 yr How sad. I too have been waiting for this one especially. I can't imagine the work involved to bring it up to Milton's high standards. Nice to let us know all the same.Cheers,(SONIC) BooneCurrently saving pennies for a new pooter for FSX (don't tell the misses!)
August 22, 200619 yr Sad news indeed. But Milton and the team have contributed so much to this world, I can't say anything but that. Milton, congrats on your upcoming retirement, it surely is well deserved, and thanks for all the smiles you have put on my face!http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...s/Goodale01.jpg
August 22, 200619 yr I have sung the praises of Milton's Beech D18 on these forums before. It was my default aircraft for a good long time, and I still fly it very often.I've enjoyed all of his other releases as well. For my money, Milton and his team produced the best freeware planes available. I'm miss his stuff in FSX.Hope he enjoys his retirement (I'm not clear if he's retiring from FS development, or in the "real world", or both, but whatever the case he's earned it...)
August 22, 200619 yr Too bad it's been cancelled but thank you Milton for what you've done for the community. I've spent many hours flying your aircraft and have had as many hours of pleasure. Thank you.billg
August 23, 200619 yr Sad news indeed. I was waiting for this one too.Milton, I wish you all the best for your retirement and I know I speak for many when I say, a big thankyou for all the fantasticly detailed software you have made in the past.Maybe, just maybe someone else would consider finishing this project with your permission and consent? I do hope, that you yourself will in your retirement have more time to enjoy this wonderful hobby at an easier pace as we all have done that enjoy flying all your aircraft. Thank you once again. Dave Taylor
