x-plane 11 product key does not work

I have had x-plane 11 working since a few weeks after it was introduced. Am now on v 11.26. Recently Win 10 became very unstable and had to re install it. Since then the product key does not work. Dumps me in demo mode . Cannot get any help from X-plane. Any ideas

Well Laminar should be able to help. Is there anything in the log.txt file
