Disable ATC Menu Pop Up?

Whenever my mouse hits the right edge of the Screen while on full screen mode, the ATC Menu pops up showing radio frequencies, etc. In my General settings ATC boxes are all unticked and aviation traffic also the same since I fly online. I have seen on this forum a similar post to mine but the solution offered doesn't work. Is there perhaps a way of disabling this on the P3D config file?
