I followed the flow in PMDG NGX MCE.PDF and it all went fine but after take off Im not able to engage to Autopilot (MCE reports that instrument is dead)

 

I have "Realistic AP Engagement" set to off - but it doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas ? - thanks - Julian

I think this had to do with IRS alignment not done correctly on the ground (restarted and it was better)

Not sure if part of the flow turned off the Left IRS - but during the second try had to turn it back on / may be a one off
