Internal GPU and 1070 together on 2 Monitors

Hi, 

i discoverd some "strange" thing. 

I have a igpu HD4600 and a gtx 1070 p3d v4 is set to run on the 1070 but everytime i start p3d i can see in the task manger that the hd4600 and the gtx 1070 are about 40 or more % load. 

For the 1070 it`s clear because the card should render p3d on my 32inch 4K monitor.  But the HD4600 is only connected to a 1920x1080 Monitor for EFB v2 .....  which means 2D. 

When i disable the HD4600 in the device manager and immediatly  re-enable it everything is as expected HD4600 5 - 10 % usage, 1070 GTX 35 - 45 %.

Do i have some config error?
