  1. sadly, i like it gsx pro very much. even cooler in msfs 2024 when you can walkarround and see everything very closeup while it happens:-)
  2. nope if you click on connections in efb and then on services you have acces to the full gsx menu within the tablet. also stated in the manual the mcdu is only backup But yes you have to request refueling etc. via mcdu/atsu. i‘m not sure what is more realistic. but yes fenix is more conveant only press one button 🙂
  3. FSLabs Integration is the best i know. I have both fenix and fsl and the fsl one is a notch better. It‘s using some feature called gsx remote control. and you can do everything that is not automated directly from the fslabs tablet. no need to open gsx menu.
  4. Has Tripple Buffering to be turned on in NCP or NI? Becasue by default it`s set to Off in NCP and NI

Thanks patrice, i will also try it in this way. Brgds
  6. Hey Guys, i also want to use DSR but i have a question: Is it needed to set the resolution of the windows desktop also to the DSR Resolution or is it enough to set the resolution in P3D ? Becasue even with 150 % "zoom" the files in the windows explorer are looking realy "ugly". It`s hard to read them. The desktop icons are looking good i can live with them, but the icons and text in windows explorer are very hardly readable :( I have a 1920x1080 Monitor and i´m actualy using 3x DSR Resolution setting = 3325x1871 Thanks for your input
  7. Migration Tool seem`s not to work. I actualy only had time to load a flight with aerosoft a320 at uk2000 egll v3.0 before i got about 10-15 FPS with UT2 100 % Traffic now i have about 25-30 FPS. But i use traffic manager which "removes" all but 100 Planes arround me. Another strange thing i only have UT2 "small" aircrafts no Airbus or Boeings ..... But i think i have to test more.
  8. Will give it a try tommorow
  9. Thanks chris :-) So i will Purchase alps soon for testing :-) Is there a manual to configure everything properly with ftx and vector .... :-)
  10. I can say she`s great. And my fellow beta test colleagues made a lot of testflights
  11. are the lights also visibile when on "cruising" altitude for example FL350 ? That`s a thing which is extremly disturbing me at FTX Products ( Global , ....) on the ground or till FL100 the look great but as soon as you climb more everything is totaly dark. that`s the point where i like GEP3D and UTX V2 much much more.
  12. As P3D Betatester vor the Concorde-X i can see she`s amazing in P3D The worked on a lot of things she fly`s very good and also looks very good. Also at least for me the VAS Ussage got a lot better. At FSX Times i started in EGLL with 400-450 MB VAS left now i have 950 MB left with ASN, Aerosoft EGLL extended, FS Global , Vector and LC Europe and after the landing in KJFK with FTX LC US and drezweky design new york x v2 with hi-res and fsdreamteam kjfk i have still 350 MB left. so for me she`s very good now.
  13. Ohhhhh maaaannn Set zoom level to 0.40 when i disable the wideviewaspect and now everything looks nice
  14. Hi Guys, has something changed regarding the Aspect Ratio in P3d V3.1? I found out that when i activate the Aspect Ratio the "terrain"bellow looks good ( not blurred). When i disabled it the whole terrain looks totally blurry? Both times the Zoom Factor was 0.50 I use a 23" LCD Monitor with 120 hz Refresh Rate.
  15. Hey Wolf, i will try this Regarding the task manager bug i have the same CPU as wolf and see also a benefit from doing the trick. brgds
  16. the only thing i note is that now i have a huge frame drop when i`m landing on addon airports like flytampa for example. while the flight i have 40 fps constantly but on approach the frames go down to 18-25 and it`s stuttering.
  17. Fogot i dont have sli too. Actualy i try to get the ok from my wife for a second 980Ti :-) But actualy my Ti's ussage is only about 44-48 . So im not sure if it's nececary.
  18. welcome i couldn`t wait to test it so i will do it now. i don`t use the orbx regions but i use gep3d and utx v2 so i`m very interessted to see the results ----- Update: Coudn`t sleep without testing it Did a short climb to FL100 with PMDG 777 , ASN, EGLL Extended from Aerosoft, My Traffic 6 at 35 % , GEP3D and UTX 2.0. Used nearly the same settings as you did only with LOD 5.5 As it was only a short test i can only see everything was perfect crisp textures and i couldn`t see nearly no loading or popping only very rare. Very important is the Windows Affinity trick you mentioned without i had about 25-28 FPS after i applied the "trick" i got 37-40 FPS because the second core was "used" correctly. I had on the Holding Point about 860 MB Vas left with very foggy weather, which is a record for EGLL and my PMDG brgds
  19. Thank you Will try this tommorow. I see that you dont use fiber frame time fraction?
  20. great can`t wait. was very surprised at my night flight from loww - omdb yersterday i had about 1.05 GB VAS left shortly before ariving dubai. Today i only had 650 MB left the only difference was i started the fligth at daytime and there where a few more clouds. Additionaly i removed the Fiber Frame Time Fraction from Prepar3d.cfg but i can`t imagine that FFTF can cause the system to chew up more memory. brgds
  21. hey wolf, any news regarding your blurries gone "trick" ?
  22. I know it`s clear but is has to be written :-) : I`m not responsible for any damage of CPU or Hardware when you apply this settings. My Settings: AI Overclock Tunner is set to XMP ( Because i use the XMP Profile of my memory). CPU Core Ratio = Sync ALL Cores 1 Core Ratio Limit = 47 Min and Max CPU Cache = 40 Internal PLL Overvoltage = Enabled EPU Power Saving Mode = Disabled Fully Manual Mode = Disabled CPU Core Voltage = Adaptive Mode Offste Mode Sign = + CPU Core Voltage Offset = 0.001 Additonal Turbo Mode CPU Core Voltage = 1.344 CPU Cache Voltage = Manual Mode CPU Cache Voltage Override = 1.20 CPU System Agent Voltage Offset Mode Sign = + CPU System Agent Voltage Offset = Auto CPU SVID Support = Disabled CPU Input Voltage = 1,90 DRAM SVID Support = Disabled That are the settings i have changed I use the adaptive mode because then i can control when i need to apply the Voltage, because 1.345 is very close to the maximum that should be applied. I switch the windows power options to balanced when i`m not flying and only surf in the internet or watch movies. In this case intel speedstep reduces the Mhz of the CPU and the applied voltage automatically down. So i dont stress the CPU to much when i`m only doing "normal" stuff. And when i want to fly i switch the power option to high performance so the 4,7 Ghz will stay all the time and i have full power. I hope it helps you brgds
  23. Ok but keep in mind that i use watercooling. If you use aircooling keep an eye on tempratures ;-)
  24. @warbirds: i did my settings manually in bios. if you want i can post my settings tommorow. @skywolf: i use a custom waterloop but i think a h110 is also good.
