PMDG DC-6 for X-Plane 10 ramp manager

For reasons I cannot figure out, the ramp manager is now missing?  Is there some way to make it re-appear?  Right now, my (MAC) version of X-Plane 10 starts with the DC -6 running on the apron surrounded by ladders etc that I can't remove?  Looking forward to someone's help?

Very quick question - is X-Plane setting "Start with engine running" selected somehow?
