I think that big full motion simulators and also Aerowinx PSX has "Motion freeze" function - everything is still going on (avionics working, engines burning fuel) but aircraft is in fixed location. X-Plane does not seems to have this option, should make proposal to Austin.

Tu-154M from Felis is released (developed since January 2014), waiting for reviews. Seems to be hardcore classic jet from year 1968 - with enough work for 3-member crew. Real docs are included, no tutorial so far. Pots

I think that the whole stream was recorded - I was able to scroll through the whole flight with Youtube player slider. In the end was landing in dark. But lets hope for new preview video. Vahur

Yesterday the video was public from some time. Duration was 3:48, I watched for 50 minutes. In the beginning threre were problems with audio (same sequence was repeated for ~ 6 times), X-plane startup took also very long time. After that DC-6 was started, taxied and took off. Maybe the quality of video was not on the level of PMDG, so it was removed. Vahur

After upgrading from 10.40b2 to 10.40b3, folder interface11 was removed again. So work with XP11 seems to be going on and this was some kind of incidental leak. Vahur

When upgrading to 10.40b2, new folder named interface11 was created under X-Plane10\Resources\bitmaps. There are 169 icons, 76 are identical to icons in Interface folder, but 93 are new. 36 of them describe weather: turbulence, clouds, precipitation etc. Is this some kind of hint about approaching XP11? Yesterday I checked Aerosoft store and found F33 Bonanza updated to V3! Downloaded it, made a short flight. Model is fine, GPS 430 is good. Scroll wheel support is added to all kind of imaginable places - for example flap handle. Still there some confusion: when trying to select MIC source on KMA TSO 24 audio panel (big right knob) the scroll wheel does not change the selector position but changes the VLOC frequency of GPS 430. On the same time changing the VLOC frequency with scroll wheel does not influence the audio panel MIC selector. I tried it two X-Plane 10.30 installations (on OS X 10.9 and Windows 7) with same results. When disabling scroll wheel support MIC selector can be turned using old method. Maybe there is problem with button mapping? Plane itsself is very fine. Vahur

The content of videos is good. I am using Mozilla Firefox with Download Helper plugin for watching - it enables the download of media file (mostly mp4 or flv) after viewing the episode. Maybe this $5 enables access to videos in better format/quality? XP Reality GPS is used in most of cross-country episodes - especially for RNAV and LPV approaches. Is default FSX GPS capable? I am using X-Plane 10 with its default simple GPS and impatiently waiting for release 10.30 with its new X-430 and X-530 navigators.
