Hello,

I am trying to purchase the Reality XP GNS 430 for X Plane. I click to download the E Commerce installer, but when I try to run it, the file disappears from my computer. I am running Windows 10. I get a message asking if I want to run the file because Windows considers it dangerous, but I click Run Anyway, and then nothing happens, and the file vanishes.

Any ideas about what can be done? I would really like to purchase and install this product.

Hi, this sounds like an anti-virus putting the file in quarantine. Can you please cross check your anti-virus for this?
