Recently I have sent you 2 emails about updated software to be announced on your site.

 

I haven't got any feedback and can not see that they have been on your site yet.

 

Could you explain for me why you do not seem to accept the information I sent?

Am I doing something wrong, or are you neglecting me for any reason I do not know?
