Operations Center unable to download liveries

Im running P3d v4.3 on my desktop and when trying to download liveries, the OC says "Livery not found in aircraft.cfg after it should have been added". It also said that I must enable TLS 1.2, which was already enabled. I am really confused and need some help. By the way, my OC is fully up to date and so are my aircraft.

You didn't by chance install P3D in the Program Files folder, did you? You might have a write permissions issue if you did.

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

Are you running the Operations Center as administrator? Right click and select run as administrator? Finally if you have IPv6 enabled please disabled it and try again. If these do not help open a ticket through the support portal. support.precisionmanuals.com
