Hi,

This doesn't sound Ike you've purchased the genuine Reality XP GTN 750 Touch.

This file is not part of our product.

Let me say this again: this file is not a Reality XP file. You must be running another product which this particular file is part of, even though you've purchased and even installed your genuine Reality XP product!

make sure to cross check what you do have installed and configured in your aircraft first and foremost, especially if you were used to run a other product with a 'GTN' denomination.

Hi RXP,

You are correct. I read more into it I had the f1 GTN750 and uninstalled and installed yours and I get the error when I select a plane with gtn750 if that makes sense.

Makes more senses indeed. I'd guess although you've uninstalled this other product, your panel is still using this other gauge which is trying to open this dll and fails.

a quick note to let you know v2.5.9 update is now released:

You might want to use this version instead.
