September 2, 200619 yr I noticed on all the 3rd party FS2004 aircraft that I can't see the wings or engines when looking towards the rear left or right sides. The same plane will allow you to see the wings and engines in FS2004. Anyone else notice this? I always thought it was kind of cool looking back and seeing the wings and engines at work. I have not tried every plane out there but noticed it on the Posky 747-400.

I would love to see the wingtip vortex coming off the winglet when I look even though you probably can't see it in the real thing. Anyone notice the wingtip vortex affect? It looks like FSX had this feature hard coded and seems fairly accurate. For example when you fly into a cloud you can see it but then it will disapear or thin out when you fly out of the cloud. Sometimes its just there and other times its not.
