November 29, 20187 yr Commercial Member Hi all, I'd like to make a full reinstall of P3D to install the new version 4.4 and for this I wanted to unregister my PMDG products first. Unfortunately the 747 unregistering gives me this error: Operations error:7466 The return of the fulfillment is denied by the return policy because max return exceeded{ Incident#7462-173892] I indeed reinstalled them last week as I didn't thought P3Dv4.4 would be released in such a short frame time after that. I did not know there was a limit of unregistering, not really sure what's the point. How can I properly unregister my product please? 😊 Edited November 29, 20187 yr by kmax59 Maxime TOGA projects

I checked and you still have activation remaining for the 74 so you should be able to install without issues. If you run into issues open a ticket, Chris Makris PLEASE NOTE PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at http://forum.pmdg.com

If you run into issues open a ticket, Thank you Chris will do, I was not aware there was a limit to deactivate your products. Just a last question: will I be able to unregister again after some time have passed or will I lose my current activation each time I uninstall the product until I open a ticket to ask an activation reset? You should be able to un register after some time. Simply uninstalling and reinstalling the sim should not neccesary needs a deactivation. Deactivation is needed when re formatting or changing hardware in your PC Edited November 29, 20187 yr by Olympic260 Chris Makris PLEASE NOTE PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at http://forum.pmdg.com
