Autogen Building Density v4.4

When i set the autogen building density slider completely to the left, to use photo real scenery,some installed airport scenery buildings including orbx default airport scenery buildings textures does not load.

When it is moved back to normal textures are back. The sparse setting has the exact problem. Never had this in v4.3 

Complete fresh install of v4.4, anyone with the same problem? Any ideas, might be a bug!!!
