Trying to use the use the saved flight for the Majestic Dash 8 tutorials and I'm having an issue entering the start point of the flight at CYSD into the FMS. I've pressed FPL and then the button left of line 1. I type the first character C and then the plane starts rotating. Seriously, I use a top down view and the scenery is rotating around the plane! There is also a line at the top of the screen with the latitude and longitude of CYZD and it also includes the mag hdg which is incrementing and wrapping thus a symptom of the rotation.
I have Spad.Next as well running as well with this arrangement. Anybody else run into this?

User error, try using the FMS keys not the PC keyboard, doh!
