December 10, 20187 yr Hi, I have a minor issue. When I start the X-plane in cold and dark situation, the GTN650 screen emits some light. After powering battery on and off again, the screen will be total dark, as it should be. I tried with different screen brightness sources (rheostat or 100%). X-Plane is 11.30b7 but I think it is not XP version related issue. BR Adrian PS.: here is screenshot after starting the XPlane:

December 14, 20187 yr I can barely see this in the picture, but yes indeed, the screen is not pure black but more like RGB(4,4,4). This is per-design as a marker to tell you, and us, the trainer is properly loaded and running in the background. It shouldn't be too distracting at such low levels unless probably you boost your monitor brightness too much. Otherwise, think of this as a non-glare screen reflecting in a diffuse way any surrounding light?
