I have Next Generation FS Global Ultimate installed on FSX Box. Does Envtex 1.2 enhance FS Global or is it compatible with it or are they more or less the same and an exchange one for the other?

Envtex replaces sky and cloud textures mainly.  Fsglobal only deals with terrain mesh. 

The two products are mutually exclusive, one does not affect the other in any way.
