I just bought the Hawker 2 days ago and will not run. I have googled this and it seems to be a big problem for others too. Do they have some kind of money back policies?

Yes they do. Go and Put in a support ticket and tell them what is wrong. I had a problem and they offered refund or pick other plane of equal value.
