RealityXP Garmin GNS 430 (FltSim)

I recently purchased the RealityXP Garmin GNS 430 (FltSim). I am having trouble finding the add-on menu in FSX and have the the shift right click feature recommended. Is there someone at Reality XP I can contact directly for support with this issue?

Suggest you post in the RealityXP support forum, here at Avsim.

When you have the top menu visible in FSX (Alt key), the right-most item should be Addons.

In the addon drop down, you should have RXP GNS.

If you want to customize the features on a specific aircraft gauge, you can hold the shift key and right click on the top frame of the GNS430 popup.. that should give you a Customization window..

Not clear from your message and your reference to shift right-click.  Have you successfully gotten the GNS showing in a panel?  If not, what steps have you completed in regard to installation?
