Scenery problem

This is a strange one to me. This only shows up at night. During the day, the terrain looks perfectly normal. I run GEP3D, UTX and Orbx areas - no Global or vector. 

I've remigrated, reset orbxlibs, checked scenery order and tried disabling various areas - can't seem to pin it down.

Anyone run into this before?

if anyone gets a chance - go to airport 50NM in New Mexico - on runway at night - slew to 21000 feet and face north. Let me know if you see anything like the image.
