Cloud colors at Night on 3x LCD TV

Hello,

i am using 3 LCD TV Screens via nVidia Surrounding and P3Dv4 ( fresh installed p3dv4.3 and updated to 4.4).

My System is a I7 8700k at 4.2, 16 gb Ram and a 1080Ti mini.

All works fine, good frames with DL on and so on.

But i have one Problem left.

During Night Time i have very terrible looking clouds ( not the issue with the too bright clouds, these is fixed by PTA). The Clouds re looking like a very bad png:

You must zoom in a very lot ( around 200-250% ) to see the Problem.
It is only in the Night Times. During the Day i have a very nice crisp looking picture.

I hope anyone can help here, because i post the problem in the p3d forum and it seams here re more eyes on the problem to maybe help.
