December 23, 20187 yr Hi guys, I don't know if it's just me but has anyone encountered CTD in P3D 4.4 with 747 QOS II? I loaded the queen (-400F) in KMSP and took off without a problem. But when I switched to the external camera in locked viewpoint the engine sound seemed to be struggling to play well. Looks like the sound engine didn't go along with the 747 sounds. And if you do that camera switch a few times, chances are it'll crash to desktop. Could that have anything to do with the P3D v4.4? Has there been an update of all pmdg aircrafts made for the 4.4? (I did receive an update in the ops center, but the update process was very quick, all file downloads were bypassed in the command line console. Surely that could be a sign of problems?) December 23, 20187 yr There has not been an update released since the 747-8 was released. Chances are the version you have is too old to be updated by the operations center, so you need to go into your order history, download the latest installer, uninstall the plane, and re-install it using the latest installer. After doing that, run the operations center. As for the sound issue, some people had issues in P3D 4.4, this seems to have solved it.
