  1. I don't know if it's just my feeling but nearly none of the developers (including PMDG) of the 747-400 have done the yoke quite right in the VC. In real 744s the yokes are a bit high but not high enough to interfere with the pilots' sight of the PFDs. The old version PMDG did was not far from correctness but it still requires zooming to actually see the PFDs (I don't use zooming for all aircrafts which certainly introduces distortions). iFly did it so funny that the yokes were so high, which ruins it. I hope this new v2 from PMDG solves this. (Disclaimer: not intentionally discussing other developers here, just to show the point of the problem) Elliott
  2. I have exactly the same experience of feeling bad about the front windows of 737 NGX which is way too large. Would PMDG bother to fix it in the next possible service pack of the NGX? Elliott
  3. Thanks Rob! What people at PMDG have done are more than the best. Making simulation software is a tremendously hard job to get done right, which requires deep interdisciplinary knowledge. I always wonder when it's the time for PMDG to roll your own flight simulator out. I wish some day you would. Great work and hats off! I can't wait to buy the legendary 300ER! Elliott
  4. Hi buddy, let's give the PMDG devs a breath. They've done such a remarkably great job. But personally I feel unreal to fly fictional liveries so that's why I strongly voted for a 200ER. Elliott
  5. Will PMDG 777LR be fully compatible with DX10?
  6. Exactly! And a decent A330 is missing out on the market, which is one of the most likely model as well as the 777 that we fly in real life. Why shouldn't PMDG consider making one?
  7. Sound made by PMDG is very accurate. It's exactly what an engine of an airliner sounds. But that's why it sounds not as real as what we've experienced in the cabin of a real airliner because we've got noises in the air and complex reflections of sound.
  8. I will do transpacific flights in Delta 200LRs from Shanghai to Atlanta via Narita.
  9. Shouldn't you guys communicate with ATC from time to time during that long haul flight?
  10. You can actually edit the aircraft.cfg file and modify the initialXYZ property value in camera definitions.

Did you mean the fly-by sound? I found none of the flightsim products done it right. They all sound too artificial.
