On take-off and initial climb-out, which speeds does the yellow band represent on the ASI of a 757?

Is it flap maneuvering speeds, stall speeds or what speeds ???

The top of the amber band on the ADI speed tape is the minimum maneuvering speed.  Any bank over 40 degrees will activate the stick shaker at this speed.
