Mouse pan

This is probably a dumb question with an obvious answer. Is there a way to assign the pan view to the right mouse button.  So If I hold down the right mouse button I can pan within the VC?  This might not be possible as the right mouse button brings up the menu within P3D.  I am switching from a Saitek yoke with the hat switch on the left to a CH yoke with the hat switch on the right.  So it is a pain to try and pan and use the mouse at the same time in the VC to activate switches, knobs, levers, etc.  Thank u!
